Account Troubleshooting

The Log-In page offers much more than a simple interface to access Aurora Vision, it allows you, among other things, to recover a forgotten password or to send a new validation email. Over time we have collected the most common cases that users face and we have reported them below, to guide you in their resolution.

Forgot Password

In case the password linked to your Aurora Vision account has been forgotten or lost, you can decide to reset it:

  • Open a browser and go to the Aurora Vision Log-In page;
  • Click on Forgot Password? (you can find it under the password entry field );
  • Enter your User ID and complete the reCAPTCHA;

If the user exists, a success message will appear and an email will be sent to the address associated with the User ID.

Request a password reset

Open your email client and:

  • Look for an email from the address no-reply@auroravision.net (depending on the email client used, the email could be placed in the promotions or SPAM folder; be sure to perform a search on all the folders if you cannot find the email in the inbox );
  • Click on the link contained in the email to go to the Password Reset page and enter your new password, then click on Confirm;
  • Congratulations! You have successfully reset your account password.

Account Validation

To access Aurora Vision it is mandatory to validate your account which is done by clicking on the link contained in the “Validation Operation” email sent immediately after the registration. If this operation has not been completed, a new validation email can be sent from the Log-In page:

  • Open a browser and go to the Aurora Vision Log-In page;
  • Enter your UserID;
  • Enter your Password;
  • If the user is not validated, a dedicated message and a re-send email button will appear: click on the “Send validation e-mail” button.

Open your email client and:

  • Click on the link contained in the email to validate your account;
  • Congratulations! You have now validate your Aurora Vision account.
